PTR Consulting has a non-profit arm, PTR Youth! The organization will run ongoing programming designed to enhance career education, personal and professional development, and resources and services that support underrepresented youth/young adults in making informed post-graduation decisions. It is our hope that these services add to the decrease of the things that plague our community such as incarceration, gun violence, teen pregnancy, etc.

PTR Youth vows to support the youth and their families with early career exploration, advocacy, and post-graduation support services, allowing young adults to change the trajectory of their future.
I lost my mother “Rose” to Cancer some years ago, and I wanted to include her in my passion. When young adults come to us (as a petal) after our mentorship, coaching, and guidance, we intend for them to walk away better/equipped (as a rose).
